A Two Hour Workshop to

Introduce Kids to their Spiritual Selves

This workshop was created at the request of many of our students and clients who wanted their
children to be able to get in touch with their spiritual selves. 

This is a 2 hour workshop for kids
from 8-16 (exceptions can be made based on the individual child) and is an introduction to further understanding

THINGS WE WILL COVER:

Some of the topics we will cover will be:

  • Grounding

  • Clearing energy

  • Ways to handle energy

  • Learning auras and their chakras

  • Light meditation techniques

  • Awareness of their spiritual selves
