This is a 2 hour workshop for Ages 8-16. Topics include grounding, clearing energy, ways to handle energy, learning about their aura and their chakras, light meditation techniques and awareness of their spiritual selves. 10 am to noon. Limited to 10 participants. Light healthy snacks will be provided - please let us know if your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions
